Regal Rexnord Cleveland is hiring a Swiss Setup and Operator for the third shift to manually assemble products per specifications. The Swiss Operator will set up and operate CNC Swiss equipment, read blueprints, apply geometric tolerancing, and verify parts using precision measuring devices.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of Swiss CNC Lathe setup and operation experience. U.S.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Swiss CNC Lathe setup and operation experience: 3–5 years.
• US citizen or permanent resident; ITAR registered.
• Able to interpret verbal and written directions; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and tolerance requirements; perform advanced CNC operations.
• Inspect components with precision measuring devices.
• Other duties as assigned.
