• 3–5 years of manufacturing/custom shop/fabrication work experience or in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with CNC machines – Brenton CNC experience preferred.
• CAD/CAM experience required.
• Stone/Granite/Countertop or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and fabricate stone countertops with precision.
• Visit job sites to create precise templates for custom installations using templating tools.
• Develop knowledge of company fabrication processes and machinery.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on scheduling and project status.
