Glenn Metalcraft Inc. in Princeton, MN is seeking a Spin Operator I to operate CNC spinning machines, load tooling, and optimize production on the 3rd shift. You will follow safety protocols, read setup sheets, and contribute to quality checks to meet production targets.

The role requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months machining experience. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6–12 months machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC spinning machines and manage setup.
• Follow safety policies including lockout/tag out.
• Report daily production quantities to meet targets.
• Perform quality checks and communicate findings.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines with assistance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool loads.
• Assist with preventive maintenance as needed.
