Job summary

The Spin Operator ensures quality and efficiency, performing basic adjustments, maintenance support, and setup tasks while collaborating with the production team to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6-12 mos. machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC spinning machines and setup equipment according to safety standards.
• Follow safety policies including lockout/tag out procedures.
• Report daily production quantities to meet parts/hour targets.
• Perform quality checks and communicate results to the team.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines with assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper equipment maintenance.
