Master Machine, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts from engineering drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and set up CNC equipment with strong machining skills.
• General programming knowledge for CNC environments.
• First-time run-through capability for programs with accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in Milling and/or Turning and working with precision manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with Quality Control practices including caliper and micrometer use.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• On-site manufacturing work readiness including standing for long periods.
• Previous CNC Machinist experience; trade school or technical certification is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills for machine programming and production tracking.
• Strong communication and teamwork with engineers and machinists.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts from drawings.
• Interpret blueprints, select tooling, perform offsets and adjustments, and verify dimensions.
• Program at the machine as needed and support engineers with process improvements.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency; perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and document production activity.
