Intuit, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise machinists, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

This role collaborates with production, quality, engineering, and project management to meet schedules and exceed customer requirements. Responsibilities include planning, estimating, allocating labor and machines, verifying tooling and fixtures, and ensuring calibration and inspection are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes, setup, tooling selection, and inspection.
• Ability to read drawings, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of CAD systems and interpreting CAD models.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor CNC machinists to meet production priorities and schedules.
• Plan and estimate machining work by reviewing drawings and requirements.
• Verify equipment, tooling, and fixtures are suitable for the work.
• Oversee setup, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of CNC processes.
• Ensure in-process and final quality checks meet requirements.
• Maintain calibration of measuring equipment (M&TE) and inspection devices.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and shop supplies to support production.
• Monitor production status and report issues to the Director of Operations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership in planning and assigning work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shop.
