Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily machining and finishing operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Coordinate production priorities, staffing, overtime, and material flow with Planning and support teams.
Monitor job status, delivery commitments, labor efficiency, and machine utilization.
Lead lean initiatives, problem-solving, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
