Elevate Human Capital seeks a CNC Shop Supervisor in the south Houston, TX area to oversee machine production and ensure precision parts quality. You will develop and modify CNC programs, work with operators, and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot machine issues, and coordinate with management to sustain production flow. This role emphasizes hands-on supervision, safety, and continuous process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus.
• Experience programming Mori Seiki or comparable lathes and mills with Fanuc controls.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Mansioni

• Develop CNC programs for production runs.
• Modify existing programs for different machines.
• Directly supervise employees and coordinate with management.
