Job summary

The role requires extensive machining experience, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with QC, engineering, and production teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years machining experience in metal fabrication.
• 3–5 years as machinist supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a second shift of operators, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate tasks among team members and provide training and mentoring.
• Inspect first article parts and ensure accuracy to specifications.
• Maintain safety protocols and conditions for a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with QC, engineering and production daily to meet targets.
