Job summary

Qualifications
- Have at least ten years of CNC and conventional set up knowledge and operation.
- Excellent blueprint reading and first article lay out skills.
- Strong math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shop operations and maintain lean, organized workflow.
- Assign tasks, monitor on-time delivery, and coordinate with inspection.
- Approve CNC program updates and maintain program files.
- Instruct and motivate staff per company standards and safety rules.
- Support Quality with internal reviews and corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate policy, safety, and production updates across teams.
