Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead CNC machinists and operators.
• Assign daily work and monitor job progress.
• Oversee CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure parts meet blueprint and tolerance requirements.
• Verify first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Train and mentor operators on machine setup and safe work practices.
• Coordinate job sequencing to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate production status and issues to management.
