Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a CNC Set Up Operator to join a manufacturing team in a role focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The position involves setting up CNC machines, supporting production across multiple stations, and performing quality inspections per customer requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years of machine operation and setup experience, with basic computer skills. The shift is 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $20+ per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operation experience.
• 3+ years of machine setup preferred.
• Basic math skills and reading blueprints.
• Ability to read manufacturing orders and use precision measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority by promoting a safe work environment.
• Operate CNC machines and perform tasks safely per policies.
• Set up machines across multiple machines/areas to support production needs.
• Support quality and compliance with Cpk studies, first article inspections, and PPAP as required.
• Read orders and blueprints to ensure components meet specs; perform quality inspections.
