Job summary

Harvey Performance Company in Cuyahoga Falls, OH seeks a CNC Associate to support our production team on the 3rd shift (10PM–6AM). You will set up, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines, operate equipment within cycle times, and help ensure quality through inspections.

You'll work in a high-volume manufacturing environment, use precision measurement tools, and follow engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months related CNC/tooling/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read decimal and metric measurements.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide; fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Solid communication and team attitude.
• Able to work independently under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.
• Operate equipment within established cycle times.
• Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections.
• Use precision measurement and inspection equipment.
• Follow engineering documentation.
• Support uptime and production flow.
• Work safely around moving equipment with PPE.
