Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; able to read, write and comprehend English.
• 6+ months CNC/tooling/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read decimal and metric measurements and conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and team-first attitude; independent when needed.
• Willing to work 2nd shift (2PM–10PM).

Responsibilities

• Set up, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.
• Operate equipment within established cycle times and performance expectations.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Use precision measurement and inspection equipment.
• Follow engineering documentation and procedures.
• Support uptime and efficient production flow with teammates.
• Work safely around moving equipment with PPE.
