Job summary
Harvey Performance Company in Ohio is seeking a CNC Associate to support our CNC production department, focusing on machine setup, operation, and ensuring product quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This 3rd shift position runs from 10PM to 6AM in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
You will set up, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines, operate within cycle times, perform first piece and in-process inspections, and use precision measurement equipment to uphold quality
Qualifications
- 6+ months related experience in a CNC/manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read engineering documentation and measurements.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented.
- Ability to work safely with PPE in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.
- Operate equipment within established cycle times.
- Perform first piece and in-process inspections.
- Use precision measurement and inspection equipment.
- Support uptime and efficient production flow.
- Work on 3rd shift: 10PM-6AM.
