Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. is seeking a Setup Machinist in Minnesota to load materials, set up CNC mills and lathes, and ensure parts meet drawing specifications with high precision.

You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and adjust tooling and programs as needed to maintain quality. Strong attention to detail and safety practices are required for a cross-functional production environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 year Machinist vocational degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specs including GD&T.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes and various tools.

Aufgaben

• Set-up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes) for production.
• Load materials and adjust cutting tools and offsets as needed.
• Update or modify programs to meet conditions and feedback to team.
• Deburr parts to drawing requirements with precision.
• Record manufacturing data and ensure safe operation.
