You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, and work independently within established procedures while maintaining records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year machinist vocational degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with CNC machines and tooling.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to ensure precise production.
• Load material and change or adjust cutting tools and offsets as needed.
• Determine if programs need updates to meet conditions and provide feedback to team.
• Deburr parts to drawing requirements using hand and power tools.
• Check fluid levels, manage chips, and monitor equipment for maintenance.
• Read and interpret drawings and specs to guide production.
• Perform inspections and document deviations from drawings.
• Follow all work instructions and record production data.
