Job summary

Ace Precision Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team.

You will set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods for aerospace, defense, and space programs. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of CNC experience, strong GD&T skills, blueprint interpretation and in-process inspection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least three years of CNC experience.
• Strong ability to hold tight tolerances on complex geometries, preferably aerospace materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers to produce precision sheet metal components.
• Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret complex drawings, GD&T, and models.
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality and tool life.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMMs.
• Collaborate with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements.
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with


• minimum of three years of related CNC experience Strong ability to hold


• tight tolerances on complex geometries on preferably aerospace materials


• (titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum) Proficient with GD&T,


• blueprint interpretation, and in-process inspection methods Strong
