Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Corporation is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate multi-axis mills and turning centers, producing precision sheet metal components and finished goods for aerospace, defense, and space programs.

You will read complex drawings, apply GD&T, and work with engineering to improve processes while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Join a team that values craftsmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

• Three years of CNC experience with multi-axis mills and turning centers.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances on aerospace materials (titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum).
• Proficient with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and in-process inspection methods.
• Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers to produce precision components.
• Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts.
• Read complex drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection.
• Collaborate with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements.
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow quality system and safety rules.
• Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously.
• Work with a collaborative team to build quality products.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of three years of related CNC experience
• Strong ability to hold tight tolerances on complex geometries on preferably aerospace materials (titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum)
• Proficient with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and in-process inspection methods
• Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
