Job summary

ARCH is seeking a CNC Machinist to produce machined parts by setting up, programming, and operating a CNC mill while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will document processes, inspect outputs for conformance, and assist with preventive maintenance. This role requires attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T tolerancing.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up parts in CNC machines without supervision.
• Change tools and adjust tool offsets for quality output.
• Inspect parts during machining to ensure specs and tolerances.
• Follow work order instructions and document results.
• Operate multiple machines when cycle time allows.
• Complete shop floor documentation for dimensional inspections.
