Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a hands-on CNC Set-Up Technician/Operator to join the day-to-day production at our remanufacturing facility.

The role emphasizes setting up, aligning, and operating machine tools to fabricate parts to exact specifications, with a focus on improving tool life and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of machining/manufacturing experience, basic blueprint reading, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Machining and/or Manufacturing experience.
• Basic Blueprint reading.
• Programming skills not limited to basic machine shop courses.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools to perform precision machining operations.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machines.
• Measure, inspect, and test completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
