Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on CNC Set-Up Technician/Operator to support day-to-day production at a remanufacturing facility. You will work with machining tools, set up fixtures, and ensure parts meet specifications in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of machining experience, basic blueprint reading, and the ability to operate lathes and milling machines. Overtime and shift flexibility may be required; opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Machining and/or Manufacturing experience.
• Basic Blueprint reading.
• Programming skills not limited to basic machine shop courses.

Responsibilities

• Select tools, machines, and materials for machinery work.
• Set up, adjust, and operate basic and advanced machine tools.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials.
• Measure dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and height stands.
• Machine parts to specifications using lathes and milling machines.
• Monitor machine feed and speed during machining.
• Review blueprints and engineering information to plan operations.
• Diagnose machine issues and determine need for adjustments.
• Load/unload pieces safely and maintain clean work areas.
