Evolving Solution Services is seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on setting up and operating machines to produce high quality parts with strong mechanical aptitude and cross-department communication for prompt issue resolution.

Ideal candidates will have experience in CNC machining, blueprint interpretation, and tooling preparation, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic work environment. Day/Night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining and setup of production jobs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maintain documentation.
• Proficiency with CAD programming and Mazatrol/Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Prepare perishable tooling for new processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specs.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and collaborate with engineering to optimize processes.
• Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
