Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Familiarity with precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, troubleshooting, and process adjustments.
• Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production goals.
