Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC Set-Up.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, 5 axis, Milling, Lathe, CNC Set-Up; programming experience preferred.
• Proven track record of successful process optimization and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Excellent technical skills and ability to oversee teams and projects.
• Strong analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of process-related standards and simulations, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through startup and certification.
• Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
• Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.
• Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain equipment and systems to improve processes and minimize manufacturing costs.
• Working with design software and equipment to create and test prototypes for new product lines.
• Overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Ensuring safety protocols and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
