Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Process Engineer with solid background in CNC Set-Up, SolidWorks, and 5-axis machining to join our manufacturing team in Florida. The ideal candidate will optimize industrial processes from design through certification, run simulations, and collaborate across disciplines to improve production rates and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (preferred) and at least 5 years of CNC Set-Up experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC Set-Up.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, 5 axis, Mill, Lathe, CNC Set-Up; programming is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful process optimization and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Experience with process simulations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
• Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.
• Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.
• Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain equipment and systems to improve processes and minimize the cost of manufacturing.
• Working with design software and equipment to create and test prototypes for new product lines.
• Overseeing operational processes, making sure that they stick to both internal and external regulations.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

10. Knowledge of process-related standards and experience in process simulations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
