Responsibilities

• Perform start-up of machine per procedure.
• Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and fixture alignments.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives in safety, OEE, rework reduction, and team building.
• Collaborate with other Set Up Technicians and Group Leaders on different shifts for smooth transitions.
• Analyze root causes of downtime and implement corrective actions or report to Shift Manager.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to scheduled work hours and assigned overtime.
