Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Liberty, SC seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift to install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment. The role requires 5+ years of machining/repair experience, CNC proficiency, and knowledge of TPM/TPR Lean concepts.

You will work with staff and contractors to keep equipment running safely and reliably. Associates degree in Mechatronics and strong communication skills are required; team-oriented applicants will thrive in our

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Mechatronics and/or related field.
5+ years of diversified machining and repair work.
Experience with CNC and electronic control systems.
Knowledge of Lean concepts, TPM, and TPR.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and numerical control equipment.
Advance continuous improvement actions using TPM/TPR concepts.
Inspect and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Troubleshoot electrical devices and controls.
Ensure safe work practices and report hazards.
Collaborate with personnel and contractors on machine installations and major repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance and testing of components.
