Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a CNC Set-Up II for swing shift in Hillsboro, OR. You will load programs, adjust tooling and offsets, and create simple programs to ensure product quality per drawings and GD&T standards.

The role requires 2 years of CNC experience (3 preferred), high school diploma or equivalent, and vocational/technical certification is a plus. Training on day shift with differential applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Two years CNC manufacturing experience required; three years preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-axis CNC set-up by loading preset programs and adjusting tooling, offsets, and parameters.
• Operate CNC equipment and produce compliant parts per work instructions and drawings.
• Conduct in-process inspection and record results, adjusting programs as needed.
• Assist in training less experienced CNC Set-up personnel and maintenance of clean work areas.
