Job summary

Team360 Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Set Machinist in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who’s confident setting up CNC equipment, proving out programs, and supporting production teams on the floor.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of CNC setup experience, strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge, and experience with CNC controls, tooling and precision inspection. AS9100 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC setup experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with CNC controls, tooling, and precision inspection.
• AS9100 experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
• Verify and prove out CNC programs.
• Inspect first-piece parts and make adjustments as needed.
• Support production machinists and troubleshoot issues.
• Read blueprints and GD&T, and use precision measuring tools.
