Requirements

Machine Set-up: Set-up and configure machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines. Enures porper alignment, tooling and fixture for each job.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine operations, dimensions, and tomlerances.

Machine Programming: Program and input machine instructions into computerized control (CNC) machines.

Material Preparation: Prepare and load raw materials.

Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machining equipment, making minor repairs and adjustments as necessary.

Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.

Follow safety protocols when operating machinery.
