Pyrotek is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, write and optimize programs, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. You will train teammates, troubleshoot machining issues, and drive continuous improvement with Engineering and Quality teams.

The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and maintaining safety and ISO quality standards in a heavy manufacturing environment. Eligible for a $1500 sign-on bonus and Monday–Thursday night shift.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years CNC machining experience or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs at the machine to improve cycle times.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to manufacture parts within tight tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and final inspections with calibrated instruments and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot tool failures and drawing discrepancies; adjust as needed.
• Train and support teammates on setups, programming, and quality procedures.
