Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience or equivalent.
• Able to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes; ensure quality.
• Write and adjust CNC programs at the machine.
• Interpret blueprints and production orders for parts.
• Perform first-piece and final inspections with calibrated tools.
• Train teammates and support continuous improvement.
