Job summary

Dixon Bayco, a division of The Dixon Group, is hiring a skilled CNC Operator in West Chester, OH. You’ll set up and run CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and inspect parts for quality, working closely with engineers to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred.
• Read blueprints and work instructions with accuracy.
• Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is preferred.
• Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
• Run multi-axis programs for milling, drilling, threading, reaming, and profiling.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions with accuracy.
• Perform part inspections using precision measurement tools.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and efficiency.
