Job summary

Sims-Lohman is hiring a CNC Saw Operator with manufacturing experience at our Columbus, Ohio facility. This first shift role runs 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include operating water jet saws to cut granite and quartz countertops, using an overhead crane, and occasionally a forklift to move materials. Candidates must read shop drawings, measure accurately, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC, industrial saws, and other equipment.
• 1+ years' experience using overhead cranes and forklifts; this is not a forklift position.
• Ability to read shop drawings and use a tape measure.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen; No Background Check Required.

Sims-Lohman is hiring Saw Operator with manufacturing experience at our granite fabrication facility in Columbus, Ohio. We currently have 1st shift available. Shift hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate Water Jet Saw fabrication machinery to cut granite and quartz counter tops.
• Operate overhead crane and occasionally use forklift to empty hopper
• Verify quality of finished countertops by inspecting them, comparing them to templates or measuring their dimensions
