Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to join our Princeton, MN team. The role focuses on operating the CNC Router and an automated material handler to produce quality and quantity of cabinet components.

The shift runs 1st, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:15 PM with Friday OT; salary range $22.45 to $26.95 per hour. We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) with company match, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience
• Experience with CNC routing equipment preferred
• Ability to read measurement devices such as tape measures

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Router and automated material handler to meet daily production targets.
• Set up and adjust CNC machining center to produce required parts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes as required.
• Inspect parts for quality and document results.
