Job summary

Flooring Services LTD is seeking a CNC Router Operator to manage the CNC Router, load/unload parts, and ensure parts meet quality specs. You will reject nonconforming parts, perform preventive maintenance, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications include 3–5 years with a CNC router, ability to read optimization programs, and strong communication with team leaders. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a CNC router (3–5 years preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand optimization programs.
• Able to lift parts up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Router machine, load/unload parts and download programs from server.
• Read and understand optimization programs and maintain job library.
• Inspect finished parts for quality against specifications.
• Maintain paperwork flow and production records.
• Identify tool wear and machine malfunctions and report.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform preventive maintenance.
