Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator for a specialized manufacturing company in Virginia Beach.

This is not a general production or machine-helper position. We are looking for candidates who have hands‑on experience operating CNC machinery and are comfortable reading drawings, setting up equipment, monitoring machine performance, and checking finished products for accuracy.

Experience operating flat-table CNC routers or MultiCam equipment is highly preferred, but candidates with CNC milling or other relevant CNC machining backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Experience Level

Candidates with 3–5 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply. However, candidates with less experience may also be considered if they have relevant CNC machine exposure, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn quickly.

Work Environment

This is an on‑site manufacturing position involving CNC machinery, raw materials, measuring tools, and production equipment. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in an active manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience. Candidates with particularly strong CNC experience who are seeking a higher rate may still be considered.
