Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including flat-table routers.
• Perform routing, cutting, drilling, milling, and similar machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, job orders, and technical documents.
• Load materials and parts safely onto machinery.
• Run test pieces and verify that finished products meet specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments when necessary.
• Inspect finished products using measuring and quality-control tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate production and machine-setting records.
• Keep your work area clean and follow all manufacturing and machine-safety procedures.
