  • Load raw materials, make minor machine adjustments, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools (we’ll show you the ropes if needed!).
  • Keep your work area clean and follow all safety guidelines (because safety comes first!).
  • Work with your teammates to troubleshoot any minor machine issues.

  • A team-player attitude—you’re happy to lend a hand when needed.

  • Familiarity with basic machine functions and tool changes.
  • Experience using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers (or a willingness to learn).
  • Ability to read and follow simple blueprints and instructions.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Diverse Challenges: No two days are the same! You’ll get to work on different CNC projects, fine-tune machine settings, and ensure every part meets our quality standards.
  • Career Growth: We believe in investing in our people, so you’ll have opportunities to grow your skills and advance within the company.
