Job description

PPS is seeking an experienced CNC Router Machinist skilled in set-ups and operation to produce precision parts for our customers in the semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and other industries.

This is a full-time, permanent position in a NEW, air conditioned building with a highly competitive pay rate, second-to-none benefits, and room for advancement!

Responsibilities:

1. Read and follow traveler instructions
2. Operate large/twin table CNC router machines with twin spindles, working with plastic and/or metals
3. Load and unload material and parts
4. Measure and document inspection data
5. Measure, document, maintain or improve on established production standards
6. Read and interpret almost all blueprint dimensions, symbols, and notes
7. Document counts
8. Organize, clean, and maintain work area
9. Complete discrepant tag information
10. Communicate with Engineering on issues, needs, and improvements
11. Perform all set ups
12. Other functions as deemed appropriate
