CNC Thermwood Router Operator we seek must have a strong safety focus and technical aptitude, as well as a strong work ethic, adaptability and eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for the set up and operation of a Router machine to support the fabrication and production of products. You will perform spot inspections of parts and adjust the speed and material flow to ensure top quality and meet our customer specifications.

Requirements Include:

• Prior experience with reading drawings, selecting proper tooling, and holding parts to within close tolerances is essential.
• Prior experience running a CNC Router or heavy machinery is required; programming experience preferred.
• Employee must be able to use both hands to control equipment and material used in the production process.
• Must be able to stand for at least 8-10 hours per day and lift at least 50 pounds.

All candidates must have reliable transportation, must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs, and be able to work assigned shift plus any needed overtime.
