100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Michigan to maintain and repair robot welding systems, CNC HMC mills, and assembly equipment across the plant. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs, working with a team to keep lines running.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift, with a strong emphasis on safety and MIOSHA compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC HMC Mills (Makino / Moriseiki) and robot welding.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of MIOSHA safety regulations and government guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work 1st or 2nd shift and maintain safety.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, repair, preventive and daily maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues on CNC HMC mills and robot welding systems.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds per line-up; document work performed.
• Support continuous improvement to improve plant OEE.
• Work safely and collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
