Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking robotic technicians to operate automated CNC machines and welding systems on the shop floor. You will work with engineers and production teams to fine-tune robotic positions, set up programs, and keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting robots and controllers, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating robotic arms and sensors, and reporting process variations. CAD/CAM experience and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with robotic systems such as FANUC, OTC Daihen, Nachi, and Yaskawa Motoman.
• Experience programming multi-axis robotic systems.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM; knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Read and interpret technical drawings like blueprints and check sheets.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and call-ins as required.
