Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production setting preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring instruments preferred.
• Union-represented position with overtime expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints and instructions to manufacture to quality requirements.
• Fabricate assemblies using CNC equipment while maintaining product quality.
• Set feeds, speeds and alignment using shop math and precision measuring tools.
• Machine proof part programs and adjust tooling as needed.
• Verify dimensions with height gauges, micrometers and calipers; ensure conformance to specs.
• Assist in training other assembly personnel in techniques.
