Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a CNC Setup/Operator to join Spirit Commercial. You will set up, run and inspect high‑quality parts, read blueprints and support manufacturing processes.

This union‑represented role requires 3+ years of CNC experience, willingness to work 10‑hour shifts, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Pay starts at $20.50/hour with potential to earn up to $39.32/hour under the collective agreement.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on CNC setup, operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and precision inspection experience.
• Numerical Control experience.
• Experience with X,Y,Z axis adjustments.
• Experience with blueprint/drawing interpretation.
• Willing to work 10 hour shifts, including alternate weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up, support and production of high-quality products.
• Plan and establish a sequence of work from fabrication through to quality control.
• Perform multi‑tasking and multi‑machine operation.
• Set up, operate, and calibrate CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering docs.
• Ensure compliance with FOD, Hazmat, OSHA, QMS.
