You will use hand tools and precision measuring instruments, work from procedures, and participate in a union environment with a drug-free workplace.

Pay starts at $20.00/hour with potential to earn up to $32.69/hour under the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifikationen

• All candidates must be able to work any shift.
• Overtime is an essential function of this role and employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours per day or over 40 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronic information to manufacture to quality requirements, parts and assemblies.
• Setup and perform all manual assembly operations and related machine functions required to accomplish assignments.
• Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.
• Assemble and mate structural parts and assemblies by drilling, route, ream, countersink, spotface, counterbore and installing fasteners utilizing hand-powered tools.
• Qualified candidate will need to successfully pass a skills demonstration.
• Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items.
• Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and/or engineering specification. Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure.
• Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
• Perform work within allotted schedules.
• Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training and assisting employees at all classification levels.
