Job summary

Lewis-Gale Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Progressive Care Unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care per policy and serve as a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

RN license and active credentials required.
ACLS/BCLS certifications must be obtained within specified timelines.
1 year RN experience required.

Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

Education

ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
