Qualifications

• RN certification required.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in nursing.
• BCLS certification or BCLS Instructor credential within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborate with the management team to assess and improve quality of patient care services.
• Work with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Participate in implementing nursing strategies and hourly rounds to boost engagement and care quality.
• Assist with staff interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and policy adherence.
• Help with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
