Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Critical thinking, reading comprehension, electrical print reading, blueprint reading, communication.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong teamwork.
• Complex problem solving: problem id, information gathering, organizing, idea generation and evaluation.
• Technical skills: programming, troubleshooting, operation monitoring, testing.
• Working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenance.
• Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be shift flexible.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Good attendance.
• Negative pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as equipment installation.
• Duties include electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance and fabrication.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude is required.
• Must be dependable and safety oriented.
• Knows and understands Quality System requirements.
• Must be flexible in working hours including overtime, holidays, and different shifts as required.
